Introduction:

Servify is a global device lifecycle management company that partners with B2B industries such as Samsung, Apple, AT&T, etc to deliver product protection and lifecycle solutions.

Objective:

The objective of this project was to redesign Servify’s website to clearly communicate its services, improve navigation, and create a more intuitive experience for potential business partners across the OEM, telecom, and retail industries.

Timeline: May 2026 - July 2026

Role: UX Design + Marketing Intern

Skills: UX Research, UX Design

Tools: Figma, Miro

Poor Informational Architecture

Protection, claims, repairs, exchange, and affordability are presented separately without showing how they form one device-lifecycle platform.

Example: Each page is catered to by industry but information is repeated across most pages

The Problem:

Servify's current website did not strongly reflect the company's position as a global leader in device protection and lifecycle management. Here are some key problems with the user experience:

No Defined Journey for B2B Audiences

Servify’s website does not provide a clear path for OEMs, telecom providers, and retail partners to find solutions relevant to their specific business needs.

Example: This user flow chart represents an OEM customer’s journey to conversion

Lack of Brand Storytelling

The website does not quickly explain what Servify does, how its solutions work, or why potential business partners should choose it.

Example: immediate introduction to solutions with no background about Servify itself
